1. Products & Pricing

• All granite and tile prices listed are final and accurate to the best of our knowledge.
• Prices may vary depending on size, thickness, color variation, and availability.
• GST and transportation charges are applicable as per the government rules.

2. Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after payment or advance as communicated by our team.
• Product images on the website may differ slightly from the actual material due to lighting and natural variations.

3. Terms of Sale

• Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
• The seller is not responsible for any loss or damage of goods in transit.
• The buyer must submit any required statutory declarations on demand.
• All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the seller’s court only.

4. Return Policy (Tiles Only)

Tiles Return Note:

• Tiles can be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase.
• A maximum of 3 boxes per model will be accepted for return.
• 18% GST amount will be deducted on returned tile boxes.

5. Delivery & Transportation

• Transportation can be arranged on request, charges apply.
• Any unloading, lifting, or shifting must be handled by the buyer.

6. Warranty & Material Nature

• Granite is a natural stone and may have color, design, or pattern variations.
• Tiles may have shade and size variations based on manufacturing batches.

7. Website Usage

• You agree not to misuse the website or its content.
• All product names, designs, and content belong to Karthik Granite & Tiles.
